Job Description: Essential Job Functions: • Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that directly support business priorities. Translating them into clear marketing direction and measurable outcomes. • Serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders to align priorities, influence decision-making, and ensure marketing investment is focused on the highest-value opportunities. • Own performance of the marketing strategy, establishing success metrics, monitoring progress, and proactively adjusting approach based on business impact, market dynamics, and data-driven insights. • Guide and enable marketing teams by setting strategic priorities, providing clarity on goals and expectations, and ensuring teams are aligned to a unified strategy—while empowering execution leaders to deliver. • Leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive trends to develop strategic recommendations that inform leadership decisions and shape long-term marketing direction. • Lead cross-functional planning and orchestration, ensuring marketing strategy is tightly integrated with broader corporate initiatives and executed cohesively across regions, partners, and channels. • Communicate strategy, progress, and impact to leadership, delivering clear narratives, insights, and recommendations that support informed decision-making and investment prioritization. • Engage in initiatives with key external partnerships, ensuring partner strategies and programs align with business objectives and extend market influence in a meaningful, measurable way. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, strategy, or related business roles, including experience leading strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in complex or matrixed organizations. • Proven experience developing and owning marketing strategies • Strong leadership and advisory capability, with experience guiding teams, setting strategic direction and driving alignment across functional teams • Analytical mindset, with the ability to define success metrics, interpret performance and translate insights into strategic recommendations • A continuous learner who applies industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy. Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $137,900 - $256,100. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
