Come join us in delivering better outcomes for our clients around the world! 2026 Undergraduate Summer Intern – Job Posting Department Title: Undergrad Intern – US Strategic Relationship Marketing Please read before applying: Start Date: All interns must start in office and in person on June 8, 2026. Anticipated End Date: August 14, 2026 – All interns must be in office and in person on their last day to return equipment. Interns must be located in the same location throughout the duration of their internship and are prohibited from returning laptop/equipment to a different office location or shipping their equipment back. Position Summary: The global marketing team is part of the global distribution organization. We are responsible for go-to-market across all investment offerings and align closely externally with client needs and internally with our distribution partners to craft and execute an effective and differentiated marketing strategy. As a summer intern at Franklin Templeton, you will contribute to a legacy of innovation and have a view into how we drive forward our many initiatives. You’ll engage with experts in marketing and other distribution functions, like sales, product development and national accounts. You'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, collaborating with seasoned professionals to support client partnerships and drive impactful client solutions. We are a key partner in our distribution efforts to best align our capabilities with client needs. An intern in this department can expect to learn: Role of marketing in an asset management firm Knowledge of asset management investment offerings Insights into marketing strategy development and execution

Responsibilities

  • Process review/recommendations for improvement (focus on AI we have available)
  • Sales leads/MQLs - help create uniformity and agreement on what is a true qualifier Plus tactical review e.g., email clicks - where do they go, how can sales see them)
  • Campaign and project/task tracking help (templates/tools)
  • Firm microsite reviews - usage, recommendations
