About The Position

Kia Santa Monica is expanding with a dedicated off-site pre-owned sales lot nearby, featuring a strong inventory of quality used vehicles. We are seeking experienced Used Car Sales Consultants who are motivated, customer-focused, and ready to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and help build the success of our standalone pre-owned sales operation.
The Used Car Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers to find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and providing an exceptional guest experience through the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales (Internet or Retail) experience is required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage leads and follow-ups independently
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Maintain strong product knowledge of available inventory
• Work with management to meet and exceed sales goals
