Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician

Inventory is flying through the door, and we need a skilled reconditioning technician who can handle anything that rolls onto the lot. Requirements

• Strong all-makes/all-models diagnostic ability
• Solid mechanical foundation with recon or dealership experience
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Pride in quality, speed, and productivity
• Motivation to earn more by producing more

Responsibilities

• Complete bumper-to-bumper inspections and diagnostics
• Full used vehicle reconditioning for retail readiness
• Suspension/steering repairs, and tires
• Brake systems (ABS, hydraulic, electronic)
• Engine and transmission repairs
• Electrical, interior, and drivability repairs
• Working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-turn environment
