As a member of the Balise team, here is what we expect from you: Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill. Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit. The highest levels of quality and pride in what you do. A desire for your income to increase with your production. Keep work area clean and in accordance with standards of safety and proper disposal of waste.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
- Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
- A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise and good judgement.
- A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required.
- regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
- may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.

- Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
