The Opportunity As a User Acceptance Tester II in our Operations group, you will contribute to the discovery, execution, and implementation of new or enhanced functionality that improves the user experience of both internal and external customers, helping to facilitate the client experience and grow our company in the industry.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, perform testing and problem solve

Nice To Haves

  • Three years experience in a testing or analyst role
  • Experience with annuities a plus

Responsibilities

  • Creates and executes various testing documentation (including plans, conditions, and scripts) based on business filing (rate, rule, and form), user requirements, technical requirements, and integrations with other core business applications:
  • Writes, maintains, and analyzes Excel rating requirements for rate revision testing.
  • Tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
  • Performs regression testing and may include automated test tools.
  • Ensures adequate software testing, in accordance with established standards and requirements, prior to implementation.
  • Creates and maintains Test Script and/or Case Library.
  • Coordinates testing with both internal and external associates
  • Identifies, documents, and resolves problems, including the coordination and retesting of resolutions.
  • Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
  • Maintains and develops business knowledge and customer relationships.
  • Assists in training business units (in-person or documented training)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
