Role Overview As a UX Researcher at CoverMyMeds, you will use a variety of research methods to guide human‑centered product decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Customer Success teams to uncover user needs, shape product strategy, and deliver insights that directly influence the patient and provider experience.
