About The Position

Part time position available, 11 am- 7 pm, must have weekend availability Starting pay $16 Role: Assists Executive Chef/Dietary Manager and Cook by washing dishes, utensils, pots, glassware, and other kitchen items. Performs a variety of kitchen cleaning activities.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, preferred.
• Knowledge of dishwashing and cleaning techniques, food service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates kitchen equipment and machinery that may include dishwasher to wash dishes, utensils, pots, glassware, and other kitchen items.
• Assist in the storage of food and kitchen items.
• Perform a variety of kitchen cleaning activities.
• Practice proper sanitation and compliance to all Health Department regulations pertaining to food service.
