We are seeking a detail-oriented Utility Billing & Administrative Support Specialist to support our billing and accounts receivable operations. This role focuses on utility bill data entry, navigating public utility websites, and maintaining accurate billing records. The position is primarily independent and task-focused, with internal communication handled via email and chat. While the role is stationed at the front desk, it does not involve answering phones. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM.
