About The Position
UTILITY / OPERATOR ASSISTANT - 1st SHIFT Job Duties & Responsibilities: Follow SOPs for loading product and assisting on various equipment Follow SOPs in proper hand scuffing to ensure a quality finish Maintain a receptive attitude and flexibility in work placement Understand the importance of the scuff process to promote adhesion, quality and application process Place product on the conveyor belts for the next stage in finishing Additional duties required: All other duties as required. Required Qualifications: Able to follow instruction and work at an acceptable pace Working Conditions: Indoor working environment with minimal noise levels Standing for duration of shift with occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds with assistance of other employees Overtime is mandatory as required Must wear all required PPE at all times. Requirements
