About The Position

Overview: Job Description Summary: Provides expert clinical guidance and ensures delivery of quality/safety/service initiatives across assigned departments and services, for nursing and allied health personnel. Job Description: Essential Functions: Leads nursing and allied health personnel in strategic directives and care activities to ensure the assigned department achieves best outcomes in patient and family care. Leads multi and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based clinical programs, policies, and standards for assigned department. Develops and implements continuous performance improvement initiatives focused on improving the management and experience for patients, families and staff in the assigned department. Represents the assigned department nursing, allied health personnel and perspective in organizational discussions and meetings. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field, required.
  • Registered Nurse in State of Ohio, required.
  • Five years of nursing leadership experience, required.
