The Digital Experience Design team (DXD) is at the convergence of technological innovation, creativity, and opportunity at Comcast. As a UX team, we believe the most powerful messages you can ever craft are the ones that get someone to act—and that’s what our Copywriters do day in, day out. We are looking for builders who value accountability in creativity, and follow through with breakthrough solutions that effectively attract and retain Xfinity customers. This role is obsessed with crafting impactful content that both drives business needs and puts the customer front and center. This person will be a stickler for details, someone who loves grammar and proper punctuation, and spots a typo a mile away. In this role, you will learn both the art and science of crafting headlines and digital copy, across multiple brand initiatives. You will be tasked with taking multiple pieces of information and skillfully distilling them to create simple, impactful solutions
