About the position

We are seeking a thoughtful and experienced UX Product Researcher to join our team in supporting the global mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In this role, you will plan, conduct, and share research that informs the design of a wide range of Church products-from mobile and web applications to curriculum, visitor centers, and more. We especially welcome applicants who bring multilingual fluency and cross-cultural sensitivity to the needs of cultures outside the US and Canada, as we strive to serve a diverse, global Church. Individuals hired in this role may be asked to temporarily relocate (1-2 years) to an area of the Church outside the US and Canada to support global research efforts.

  • Three to seven years of experience (master's +3) conducting various research methodologies in a professional setting.
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply but may be hired at a lower grade level.
