We're looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with deep expertise in Figma and a passion for intuitive digital product design. As a key member of the Product and Design team, you'll help shape user experiences across SprintRay’s growing ecosystem—including IoT devices, cloud platforms, web portals, and CAD/CAM dental tools. Your work will directly influence the way dental professionals interact with our solutions, improving workflows that impact real lives. This is a high-ownership role ideal for a designer who can operate autonomously, think strategically, and execute beautifully. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across departments to bring clarity and elegance to complex digital challenges.

  • Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes based on user needs and business goals
  • Own and evolve our Figma-based design system, ensuring consistency across platforms
  • Translate technical and clinical requirements into simple, elegant UI/UX designs
  • Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions
  • Create interactive prototypes and annotated specifications for developers
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure design feasibility, proper implementation, and user-centric outcomes
  • Communicate design rationale and user value clearly to stakeholders
  • Maintain awareness of trends in UX, design tooling, and dental/med-tech software
  • 3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products
  • Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Tokens, Prototyping)
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
  • Strong grasp of UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
  • Ability to conduct or participate in user interviews, surveys, and feedback synthesis
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Prior experience in dental, med-tech, healthcare, or regulated software
  • Familiarity with IoT products or design for hardware-software ecosystems
  • Understanding of front-end development and handoff best practices (HTML/CSS, React, etc.)
  • Experience with 3D visualization tools or CAD/CAM workflows
  • Motion/interaction design capabilities using tools like Lottie or After Effects
  • Collaborative work environment
  • Opportunities for creative problem solving
  • Impact on the future of 3D printing
