As a Level 1 Designer at ZoomInfo, you'll create intuitive user experiences for our B2B intelligence platform and solutions (SalesOS, MarketingOS, TalentOS). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems for sales and marketing professionals while embracing emerging technologies, including AI-driven design solutions.

Design user-centered experiences for ZoomInfo's suite of go-to-market tools
Create clear and effective data visualizations that transform complex business intelligence into actionable insights
Collaborate with product teams to explore AI-enhanced user interfaces and workflows
Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
Participate in user research to validate design decisions
Contribute to our design system evolution
Stay current with UX/UI design trends and emerging AI design patterns

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
0-2 years of experience in UX/UI design
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Forward-thinking mindset toward AI applications in design
Portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience designing for data-driven products
Knowledge of data visualization principles
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or platforms
Understanding of how AI can enhance user experiences
Experience designing dashboard interfaces
Basic knowledge of front-end web technologies
