Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a UX/UI Designer III to join our team in Columbus, OH reporting to the Head of Product. As a UX/UI Designer III, you will be responsible for designing and integrating our existing and new products into intuitive and engaging user experiences for our healthcare technology products and our proprietary data platforms. The candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders internal and external to the organization to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. The UX Designer's work will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are not only functional but also user-friendly and aligned with the needs of healthcare professionals.

  • Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of healthcare professionals interacting with our hardware and software products.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions for complex data-driven interfaces using Figma and other related software tools.
  • Create visually appealing and consistent interfaces that align with IntelliGuard's brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Create a design system that helps web-based users and in-person users that includes features such as on-screen menus, icons, and feedback displays.
  • Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and healthcare technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
