Komatsu is embarking on an enterprise-wide initiative to transform our digital experience. This role will be responsible for re-designing the online experience of Komatsu global websites and will also provide design support for eCommerce expansion, technology subscriptions and online training. You will work collaboratively with product owners, web developers, product managers, and IT to find creative solutions to customer problems and design user interfaces to improve the online customer experience. Establishing cohesive branding and design and while maintaining our design system in Figma is paramount to a seamless experience. Developing a foundational knowledge of regional business objectives will be key to improving the customer experience across apps and increasing online sales.
