About the position

Osmo is seeking a UX/UI Designer with a strong foundation in UI and visual design: someone who can execute high-quality interface work with precision and consistency and lead the development of a cohesive, scalable design system. This role is intentionally focused on systems thinking, visual clarity, and component design. The ideal candidate has a portfolio that reflects deep expertise, visual polish, and cross-platform execution. We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, can be collaborative with our marketing and engineering teams, while also being comfortable working autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and prototyping of simple and elegant front-end user interfaces for Osmo's platforms, products or applications.
  • Translate broad, conceptual product ideas into functional, scalable UI designs ready for front-end implementation.
  • Work across all stages of the design process, including workflow and systems mapping, ideation, concept development, validation, final visual design, and implementation support.
  • Create thoughtful end-to-end user experiences that simplify underlying complexity.
  • Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs that ensure smooth handoff and implementation by engineering teams.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Champion user needs by designing intuitive and delightful digital experiences, even for routine or complex workflows.
  • Ensure all product design assets align with Osmo's brand guidelines and design system.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Design with 6-8 years experience in UX/UI.
  • Top-level visual design expertise, including typography, layout design, color theories and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in design software including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the ability maintain clean and organized files.
  • Comfortable with independent and autonomous work delivering high-fidelity, production-ready UI.

Nice-to-haves

  • Mastery of Figma's advanced features, such as Auto Layout, Variables, DevMode, and Responsive Prototypes.
  • Animation skills (Adobe After Effects + LottieFiles).
  • Ability to read HTML/CSS code.
