You think strategically when solving business objectives, advocating for user needs and know how to deliver value incrementally. You drive UX and UI design for new features, capabilities, and products, and are comfortable talking high-level needs with stakeholders, discussing functionality with developers, and sharing feedback/opinions with team members. You understand accessibility and deploy best practices at every stage. Design systems, user patterns, and documentation are your daily practices.
