Requirements

• 1-2 years of legal assistant or administrative experience preferred
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

• E-filing legal documents
• Managing attorney calendars and scheduling
• Answering and directing phone calls professionally
• Acting as a gatekeeper for attorneys
• Conducting basic client intake
• Sending agreements and invoices
• Assisting with billing and collections (short-term)
• Requesting and sending medical authorizations
• Formatting legal documents
• Preparing and sending discovery materials
