The VA Title Specialist is responsible for managing key metrics related to a portfolio of properties delivering title and title curative activities according to investor guidelines. As the Specialist, you will maintain a case for each matter in which the specialist will be required to document the title issue and assess risk related to the company and investor and propose relevant solutions. The VA Title Specialist will: Manage and monitor title delivery according to investor guidelines Research and evaluate findings by attorneys, title companies or business partners Evaluate title reports and research potential risk of title defect Assist with processing and payment of invoices Monitor progress of any title curative activity and keep management up to date Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values As one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
