Requirements

Responsibilities
- Coordinate vacation travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, transportation, and vacation packages
- Organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure all vacation components are accurately planned
- Assist clients in selecting destinations and travel options that match their preferences and budgets
- Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications
- Provide travelers with guidance on travel schedules, documentation requirements, and trip details
- Support travelers with itinerary updates or travel-related questions before and during their trips
- Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
