Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning vacation travel including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and transportation
Coordinate and organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences
Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences, travel goals, and budgets
Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications
Provide support to travelers before and during their vacations when needed
Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications
Stay informed about travel promotions, destination information, and industry updates
