Are you a detail-oriented healthcare professional with hepatology or transplant experience and a strong medical background in scheduling and front/back office operations? We're seeking a dedicated team member to play a vital role in giving patients a second chance at life through transplantation. In this collaborative, computer-based position, you'll work closely with RN Coordinators and Providers to schedule pre-transplant evaluations, guide patients through the workup process, and utilize systems like Cerner, OTTR, and Labcorp/SQL to ensure seamless care coordination. Additionally, the campus responsibilities include fully integrated multi-specialty and sub-specialty clinics. POSITION SUMMARY This position serves as first point of contact for referral of patients for potential transplant evaluation for referring physicians, their office staff, hospital financial administration, and for the patient. Coordinates the evaluation process, provides education to the patient and family about the process and participates in outreach activities and marketing projects which result in strengthening community relations and increased referral volume.
