About The Position

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring Valet Attendants in Austin Texas to provide safe, efficient parking services and exceptional customer service. As a Valet Attendant, you will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and help create a welcoming first and last impression for hotel and hospitality guests. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, working outdoors, and fast-paced hospitality environments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, professional valet service
  • Assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval
  • Answer guest questions and provide directions when needed
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections upon arrival
  • Record parking locations on valet claim tickets
  • Follow proper key handling and vehicle security procedures
  • Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures
  • Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping
  • Report tips according to company policy
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area
  • Support team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Arrive on time, in uniform, and maintain professional appearance
