About The Position

The Valet Manager serves as the operational leader of all valet parking and bell services and functions for the property. This position oversees daily parking operations, ensures exceptional guest service standards, and provides consistent leadership coverage for both AM and PM shifts. The Valet Manager reports directly to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for ensuring that either the Manager or a Supervisor is on duty at all times to lead the bell and valet team. This role combines hands-on leadership with administrative oversight, financial accountability, and team development. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of valet, parking, bell services, or hospitality leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional guest service and communication abilities
  • Experience managing schedules and labor budgets
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all valet and parking operations across AM and PM shifts
  • Lead, train, and supervise valet attendants and bell team members
  • Ensure consistent service standards and exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage weekly scheduling to ensure proper leadership coverage
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary
  • Handle guest concerns, service recovery situations, and VIP arrivals
  • Monitor labor costs, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee cash handling, ticket control, and revenue reconciliation
  • Maintain vehicle safety standards and incident reporting procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all property policies and safety regulations
