The Valet Manager serves as the operational leader of all valet parking and bell services and functions for the property. This position oversees daily parking operations, ensures exceptional guest service standards, and provides consistent leadership coverage for both AM and PM shifts. The Valet Manager reports directly to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for ensuring that either the Manager or a Supervisor is on duty at all times to lead the bell and valet team. This role combines hands-on leadership with administrative oversight, financial accountability, and team development.
