Requirements
Previous Vault Cashier and Main Banker experience a must.
Excellent time management, organizational, public relations and communications skills.
Must be knowledgeable in 10 key calculator, computer and coin /currency machine operation.
Ability to work flexible hours, rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
Must meet State Compact licensing requirements, pass criminal background check, and submit to random drug testing.
Physically capable of remaining on feet for long periods of time.
Subject to internal working conditions, including a smoking environment.
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
At least one year e xperience as a Vault Cashier and Vault Main Banker.
Must have strong computer skills
Must meet Tribal/State compact licensing requirements, pass criminal background check and submit to drug testing.

Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or university).
Responsibilities
Has the ability to perform all functions of supervised positions.
Supervise all vault personnel on assigned shifts.
Understands and enforces all applicable rules and regulations pertaining to the department.
Keeps Manager informed of shift activity by maintaining operational and employee records.
Provides recommendations regarding personnel issues to the Manager.
Maintains control of the vault bankroll and other operational records.
Assigns banks and other job duties to staff on assigned shift.
Maintains control of personnel entering and exiting the vault secured areas.
Performs vault cashier and main banker duties as needed.
Determines staffing needs and finds replacements for call – ins or no – shows to ensure all shifts are appropriately covered.
Reviews all vault paperwork on assigned shift.
Verifies daily Casino deposits.
Adheres strictly to all Gaming Regulations.
Performs daily drop of all kiosks.
Handles Guest Disputes.
Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
Maintains confidentiality at all times.
Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
