About The Position

As a Vehicle Processing & Inventory Coordinator, your main responsibilities are prepping vehicles for disposal, maintaining a current inventory, and assisting engineers with finding vehicles as needed. Salary Overview:The pay rate for this role starts at $18 per hour based on experience. Hours: The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 6 am to 12:30 pm. Boneyard Technician Responsibilities include: Prep vehicles for monthly crush, including draining fluids and removing tires. Manage the inventory of the Boneyard lot on an Excel spreadsheet. Remove fuel tanks and batteries. Deploy and dispose of undeployed airbags. Maintain a written log of all parts removed by engineers for further evaluation. Move vehicles from lot to lot using a forklift. Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds.
• Must be okay with working outside.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.
