Vending Warehouse Manager
About The Position
At Bigfoot Beverages, we don’t just move product—we power experiences across Oregon. From Eugene to Bend to the coast, our vending team keeps beverages flowing where people live, work, and play. We’re looking for a Vending Warehouse Manager to lead the heartbeat of that operation. This role owns the warehouse that fuels our vending routes—inventory, purchasing, team leadership, and operational execution. What You’ll Own You’ll be responsible for making sure the vending warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, or operations
- Experience leading a team and driving performance
- Experience managing inventory (receiving, counts, accuracy)
- Comfortable with Excel and basic systems
- Employee must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle and pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.

- Beverage, vending, or route-based experience
- Multi-location or centralized warehouse experience
- Purchasing or vendor management experience
- Experience using metrics to manage performance
Responsibilities
- Lead the Team Coach, develop, and lead the vending warehouse team
- Set the tone for safety, accountability, and performance
- Plan daily work and ensure the team is set up to win
- Run the Operation Oversee receiving, inventory, load building, and pre-kitting
- Ensure routes are set up for success every single day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
- Own Inventory Accuracy Manage cycle counts, inventory tracking, and variance resolution
- Prevent outages while avoiding excess inventory
- Keep product flowing across Eugene, Bend, Newport, and Roseburg
- Drive Purchasing & Supplier Performance Manage ordering and replenishment
- Build strong supplier relationships
- Monitor pricing, fill rates, and service levels
- Identify opportunities to improve cost and reliability
- Partner Across the Business Work closely with Vending Managers and Route Teams
- Communicate risks, gaps, and opportunities early
- Help implement systems and process improvements as we scale
