As a Vendor Coordinator, you’ll oversee the end-to-end processing of promotional product orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from submission to delivery. You’ll communicate with vendors, review proofs, and maintain documentation to support seamless order execution. Your work will directly support our customer service and operations teams by ensuring promotional orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. You’ll help maintain strong vendor relationships, resolve issues proactively, and contribute to a smooth and reliable ordering experience.
