About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our U.S. Advanced Wound Management marketing team at our Fort Worth, Texas office for an eight-to-ten-week summer internship. This internship offers direct experience in medical device marketing, focusing on sales enablement, brand strategy, and customer engagement initiatives. Working closely with the marketing and commercial teams, the intern will play a key role in supporting our brands to drive commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and managing the content calendar for ALLEGO, ensuring that sales teams have the latest product training, marketing materials, and clinical insights.
  • Track and analyze ALLEGO content engagement metrics to drive utilization and adoption among the commercial team.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to refine and expand our Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) model, identifying key customer segments and revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct data analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making.
  • Help manage the pull-through and distribution of KOL content, ensuring that key insights reach target audiences through appropriate marketing and sales channels.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging KOL insights within sales enablement tools and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing materials for sales representative training programs, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Work closely with the sales training and marketing teams to enhance learning materials.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an interest in market research, customer insights, and data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (preferred but not required).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with content management, digital marketing, and sales enablement platforms (preferred but not required).
