JOB SUMMARY The role responsibility is to coordinate vessel and terminal operations by ensuring timely communication, overseeing the application of terminal charges, and data integrity across internal and external systems. This position serves as a key liaison between MSC, terminal partners, and internal departments, providing high quality customer service and operational coordination.

  • This role requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday – there is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the distribution of daily update notifications to external customers, informing them of any modifications to the vessel schedule and reminding them of the deadlines of the vessels.
  • Ensure the accurate calculation and application of daily terminal charges within the internal operating system, in accordance with established quality and efficiency standards.
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service support by acting as the primary liaison between MSC and terminal partners.
  • Conduct post‑sailing data reconciliation between MSC internal systems and terminal systems to identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work together with various internal departments (e.g. Customer Service, Export Documentation).
  • Performs other duties as required.
