About The Position
We are seeking experienced Vessel Welders! The ideal candidates will be proficient in various welding techniques and have a strong background in fabricating and welding pressure vessels to meet strict industry standards. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality welding on pressure vessels using processes such as MIG, Fluxcore, and TIG welding, depending on project requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to complete projects accurately. Follow welding procedures and specifications in accordance with ASME codes. Conduct thorough inspections of welds to ensure compliance with quality standards. Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Vessel Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Familiarity with ASME code requirements for pressure vessel fabrication.
- ASME certification or experience welding to ASME standards.
- Experience with welding large-diameter vessels and high-pressure equipment.
