Our Facility: Stand-alone, brightly designed building with 3 exam rooms, a fully equipped surgical suite, and a dedicated treatment area. Advanced diagnostics and treatment equipment, including: Digital radiography Digital dental radiography (performed on every COHAT) Ultrasound Companion Animal Therapeutic Laser Built for Supportive, Efficient Medicine Collaborate with 2 experienced DVMs who value teamwork and open case discussion Work alongside 3 RVTs in a strong 2.5:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio Partner with an RVT highly proficient in COHATs who performs full dental radiographs, complete cleanings, and detailed dental charting Our structure allows doctors to focus on diagnostics, treatment planning, and client communication — not getting buried in technical tasks. With skilled hands supporting you at every step, you can practice high-quality medicine efficiently and confidently. What You’ll Love About the Role Whether you're an experienced DVM or a motivated new graduate, we offer the support and structure to help you succeed. Flexible Scheduling: 3–4 days per week (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with a consistent weekday schedule with rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) 30-minute appointment times with flexibility to extend as needed Open to part-time schedules No After-Hours or On-Call Shifts: Enjoy true work-life balance with no on-call or after-hours responsibilities Growth & Development: We welcome veterinarians who are interested in growing into a future Chief of Staff role. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience, confidence in foundational surgery and case management, and a desire to influence medical standards and support team development.
