Organization Skills : Clear tracking of lab specimens, medications, patient instructions, workflow, and other job-related items while managing multiple patients and clients. Client Satisfaction: Ensuring all activities and interactions result in the highest level of client satisfaction.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently (more with assistance).
Commitment to OSHA safety standards and proper PPE use.
Basic computer proficiency, working knowledge or willingness to learn EzyVet PiMS software, Vetcove Home Delivery, PetDesk, and Idexx bench top machines.

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians in medical procedures.
Obtain patient histories, record vital signs, and provide client education.
Collect and process laboratory samples; perform in-house diagnostics.
Take and maintain radiographs using proper safety protocols.
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed.
Provide safe animal handling (using Fear-Free and Low Stress Handling techniques) and compassionate patient care.
Maintain clean, organized exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment.
Communicate clearly with doctors and team members regarding patient care plans and client concerns.
