About The Position

As a Client Care Specialist , you will play a vital role in welcoming and assisting our guests according to company standards. In a fast-paced multi-doctor/department practice, you'll handle various tasks, including preparing and reviewing electronic medical records, directing appointments, processing payments, answering phones, and providing empathy during end-of-life decisions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in delivering exemplary client service.
• Passion for providing a positive, friendly, and welcoming environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills for positive working relationships.
• Flexibility in schedule, including weekends and occasional holidays.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in veterinary reception, medical secretary, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities
