Upstate Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Care in Greenville, SC is hiring a full- time Veterinary Referral Relationship Manager to join our outstanding team! At Upstate Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Care, the Referral Relationship Manager (RRM) will help strengthen partnerships with referring veterinarians and drive hospital growth through strategic outreach and relationship management. This field-based role serves as the primary liaison between our hospital and the referring veterinary community, building strong partnerships, improving the referral experience, and supporting access to specialty and emergency care. The RRM reports functionally to the Referral Group Manager and operationally to the local Hospital Director. In this role, you will develop and implement referral outreach strategies, connecting with veterinarians, practice teams and community partners through in-person visits, calls, and ongoing communications. You will plan and host continuing education events, hospital tours, and other community engagement activities, while collaborating with hospital leadership, marketing partners, and cross-functional teams to promote hospital services, optimize the referral experience, and support business growth. Using CRM systems and performance data, you will track referral activity, monitor trends, and support data-informed growth strategies in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
