They play a vital role in delivering life-saving care across multiple disciplines while supporting our board-certified specialists, emergency clinicians, residents and interns across all departments. What You Can Expect To Do In this dynamic role, you’ll be on the front lines of veterinary medicine, supporting complex and urgent cases. We have multiple specialties within the practice, but are currently interested in speaking with candidates for our Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Radiology , and Neurology departments. At VERG Brooklyn, you’ll be surrounded by experts in their field, providing cutting-edge care to patients and supporting their families. You’ll have access to using state-of-the-art equipment including CT, MRI, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, ventilators, and an on-site blood bank. This role offers flexibility of a 3-day and 4-day workweek to provide a rewarding work-life balance. Qualifications Our ideal candidates are detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and possess strong clinical & communication skills. We’re especially interested in individuals who have worked in Emergency and Specialty practices with experience in advanced technician and nursing skills including intensive monitoring, emergency triage, anesthesia monitoring, and advanced diagnostics. You should feel confident adapting to evolving patient needs, collaborating with multiple services, and educating intern doctors and peers on best practices. Requirements
