As Vice President, Client Strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth journey. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, preferably in the property management or real estate sector. Proven ability to penetrate new markets.
  • Strong operational understanding with prior role in operations a plus. Ability to align business growth initiatives with day-to-day operational delivery.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for client success and relationship-building.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and inspiring a team while driving results.
  • A results-driven, self-starter who is excited to make an immediate impact on the business.
  • Remote, work from home with required travel 1-3 times per month.
  • A valid Driver’s License is required, as this role involves travel.
  • Applicants must reside in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, or Nevada.
  • California candidates: A valid California Real Estate License is required.
  • Washington, Oregon, Arizona, or Nevada candidates: A Real Estate License is strongly preferred.

  • 10+ years of related experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Drive Strategy: Lead the development and execution of client acquisition strategies, working to increase revenue streams, expand our client base, and enhance our presence in the property management industry in the following markets; Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and California.
  • Client Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term success, satisfaction, and loyalty. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and align our offerings with their objectives.
  • Sales Leadership: Leverage your sales experience to identify new business opportunities, prepare property analyses, develop sales presentations and close deals that contribute to our overall growth.
  • Operational Insight: Develop property pro formas and strategies that align with operational capabilities by leveraging your understanding of client goals and property management operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, technology, legal and finance to execute on business goals, ensuring all functions are aligned in delivering a great client experience.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry innovations, helping guide the company's direction and positioning.
