Role Summary: The Vice President of Customer Intelligence is a senior-level strategist responsible for building and leading the Customer Intelligence function from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to shape a company-wide customer intelligence strategy in direct partnership with the CMO—building something meaningful from day one. This role drives the vision, execution, and continuous evolution of customer intelligence programs across a diverse, decentralized organizational landscape. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader will serve as a member of the Marketing Leadership Team. The placement of this role within Marketing is intentional—it reflects the strategic impact of customer intelligence and its proximity to both the customer and the sales organization, positioning this leader to drive real, measurable change across the business.
