Job Summary The Vice President of Finance, Construction Planning & Management provides enterprise-level leadership and strategic direction for all construction activities, including network expansion, network evolution, and capital planning and governance. This role is accountable for developing and executing the long-term construction and engineering strategy to support growth and network performance while achieving financial objectives. The VP leads a high-performing organization of senior finance and construction leaders and ensures alignment across HQ and Regional Finance, Engineering, Operations, and third-party business partners. This leader drives disciplined capital allocation, IRR performance, and investment optimization while overseeing the successful delivery of complex, multi-year infrastructure programs. Serving as the senior construction authority, the VP advises executive leadership on network expansion strategy, investment prioritization across expansion and evolution initiatives, capital deployment, and operational readiness. This role also manages the flow of information between key stakeholders and senior leadership, delivering performance analysis, progress reporting, and executive-level insights. The VP leads special projects—including financial modeling and strategic analysis—to support informed resource allocation and long-term organizational growth and profitability. The successful candidate will have demonstrated capital planning experience directly related to construction and engineering operations. This role requires that the incumbent be based out of the corporate office located in Philadelphia, PA.
