About The Position

The Vice President, Growth Marketing is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving predictable, scalable, and sustainable revenue growth across the customer lifecycle. This role blends data-driven experimentation, brand-aligned storytelling, demand generation, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle activation programs. The VP will lead a high-performing global team accountable for revenue & lead generation inclusive of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This leader partners closely with product, technology, data, and commercial leaders to set growth strategies, optimize performance, and accelerate market impact.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, media, or related fields.
  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformation in a complex, matrixed, global enterprise.
  • Demonstrated success in digital revenue growth, performance marketing, and brand experience leadership.
  • Deep understanding of CRM, CDP, automation, web platforms, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong leadership presence, executive communication skills, and ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Track record of building, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Leadership Set and execute a multi-year global digital marketing strategy aligned to enterprise growth priorities.
  • Lead a high‑performing team across digital media, CRM, marketing automation, content strategy, UX, and analytics.
  • Champion a data-driven, test‑and-learn culture across marketing and the broader organization embracing and advocating for AI driven innovation.
  • Customer Acquisition & Growth Drive customer acquisition across paid channels using advanced performance marketing, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Own digital revenue targets and develop cross-channel growth plans to increase conversion, retention, and loyalty.
  • Marketing Technology & Data Leverage and advance the marketing technology stack (CRM, CDP, analytics tools, automation platforms).
  • Collaborate with IT, data, and security on architecture, integration, governance, and platform evolution.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, attribution modeling, and predictive insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Media, Content & Social Strategy Lead global digital media strategy, investment planning, and agency partnerships.
  • Drive paid social strategy, and emerging platform innovation.
  • Oversee content strategy, SEM, personalization, and content performance analytics.
