About The Position

The VP Growth, State Markets is responsible for driving business growth across NeuroFlow's state and local government portfolio. Success in this role requires the ability to deal with ambiguity, adapt and embrace change, and a long-term commitment to the NeuroFlow mission to create a happier, healthier world. As VP Growth, State Markets, you will think strategically and creatively about client experience to ensure satisfaction across the entire portfolio and serve as the senior executive for state market clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of state and local government experience
  • 5+ years of health technology experience
  • Proven track record working with state and local government customers in the healthcare technology space
  • Existing relationships with state and local government leaders
  • Experience in the Managed Care and/or Medicaid markets
  • Experience leading technology initiatives
  • Experience managing relationships with multiple external clients across different geographies
  • Track record of effective executive-level communication, including formal presentation and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee client deliverables and work in a highly matrixed environment
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to secure PIV Card and Federal Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining effective negotiation-level relationships with senior executives of existing and potential clients, internal stakeholders, and strategic suppliers
  • Providing executive oversight of the State Market portfolio
  • Achieving service excellence in delivery and operations, serving as the focal point of accountability and executive point of escalation, and meeting NPS targets
  • Promoting innovation and growth to meet the changing needs of customers
  • Driving renewals and add-on growth
  • Coordinating with the Public and Commercial Growth teams on new business to achieve growth and financial targets
  • Representing NeuroFlow at industry meetings and conferences through participation and thought leadership
  • Collaborating on the identification and prioritization of product and service offerings
  • Leading matrixed teams, where applicable, to accomplish performance objectives
  • Supporting and championing enterprise-wide priorities and initiatives
