About The Position

Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and integration of all directives developed through the Hotel Strategy CoE for the assigned property Hotel Division. In Collaboration with the CoE of Hotel Strategy, will execute on the strategic direction of the Hotel functions, encompassing Front Office, Front Services, VIP Services, Group Reservations & Services, Spa & Salon, Housekeeping, EVS, Pool, and if applicable VIP Services and Villas. Accountable for the oversight and leadership of all staffing, Guest Service Initiatives and Employee Engagement, and ownership of all profitability of Hotel Division. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Proven success in leading large, diverse hotel teams with a focus on guest service, operations, and employee development.
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations across all disciplines, including front office, housekeeping, VIP services, spa, and more.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement branding strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and apply effective cost controls.
  • Skilled in developing and executing strategic plans, managing budgets, and leveraging best practices to achieve business goals.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with a track record of aligning teams and initiatives to deliver exceptional results

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Hotel Strategy CoE, responsible for implementing strategic Initiatives provided by Hotel Strategy CoE to ensure execution and sustainability at their property.
  • Owns execution for implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations for all hotel staff to ensure full compliance.
  • Drives employee engagement for the hotel division utilizing the tools provided and through coaching, training, and development.
  • Provides leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience within the Hotel Division, consistent with the company’s service standards.
  • Utilizes resources provided by COE’s to drive financial success to include managing sales, driving profits, managing labor, and controlling expenses.
