About the position

The Marketing team at BNP Paribas is focused on providing strategic and executional support to the Global Markets and Corporate Banking businesses to achieve revenue and growth objectives. The team aims to elevate brand awareness and protect the brand reputation in the Americas while positioning BNP Paribas as a sustainable and socially responsible global banking leader. Responsibilities include developing integrated marketing and communications strategies, driving share of wallet through multi-channel campaigns, and creating various product marketing materials. The role is hybrid, based in Jersey City, NJ, and reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications for Global Markets Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Equity Derivatives and Global Macro business partners to manage the content development, design, and production of marketing materials.
  • Position complex financial products to specific client sectors, articulating product rationale, mechanism, characteristics, and risks.
  • Support the development and distribution of the Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) product range in the Americas.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop educational presentations and marketing materials for financial products and strategies.
  • Project manage the design, development, validation, publication, and communication of marketing materials and campaigns via digital platforms.
  • Update performance records and work with the Client Development team to ensure target clients are supported across marketing initiatives.
  • Project manage and contribute to the development of client content and events.
  • Support the team in improving the distribution of marketing materials and execution of marketing campaigns through digital platforms.
  • Contribute to amplifying BNP Paribas' position in sustainability and ESG-related structuring capabilities.
  • Adhere to legal and compliance requirements when designing materials and manage the review process.
  • Perform and support additional projects at manager's request.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6-9 years of Marketing experience, specifically in Equity Derivatives Structured Products Marketing.
  • Financial industry/product knowledge and understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical skills in managing the production of marketing collateral.
  • Excellent team player with creativity and strong adaptability.
  • Proven ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and openness to new technology and media channels.
