Requirements

• At least 4+ years of investment banking experience with a demonstrated track record of executing complex M&A transactions
• Meaningful exposure to and/or passion for the Media, Entertainment & Sports sector
• Strong client and presentation skills
• Strong quantitative background and analytical/technical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
• A demonstrated team player attitude and leadership qualities with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
• Top academic performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, and maturity
• Ability to support, manage and empower junior bankers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Interact with client senior executives
• Manage and lead deal processes across all facets of the project and engagement
• Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts
• Perform financial analyses and create models
• Prepare and create client presentations and marketing materials
• Develop and maintain relationships with core clients and counterparties
