With campuses in Bend, Redmond, Madras, and Prineville, the College supports a diverse and growing region known for its natural beauty, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong sense of community. COCC is deeply committed to access, student success, workforce development, and responsible stewardship of public resources. With an annual operating budget of approximately $113 million and a broad real estate portfolio, the College is positioned for continued impact and growth. This opportunity is ideal for a senior finance and operations leader who is motivated to apply their expertise in a mission-driven environment. While higher education experience is valued, leaders from other sectors, including public, private, and nonprofit, are strongly encouraged to apply. COCC recognizes the value of transferable leadership experience and systems thinking gained outside of traditional higher education paths.
