As Vice President of Hospitality, you will drive operational strategy, elevate the guest experience, and oversee all hospitality functions to ensure best-in-class service, financial performance, and operational execution. You will partner with culinary, premium, retail, and client stakeholders to deliver unforgettable experiences for every fan and guest.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of senior-level operations leadership experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale venue management
  • Proven P&L management experience with multi-million-dollar revenue responsibility
  • Experience overseeing premium services, concessions, culinary, and retail operations
  • Proficiency in financial reporting systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • ServSafe and/or local food safety certification (or ability to obtain)

  • Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead all hospitality and venue operations across concessions, premium, clubs, and retail
  • Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with financial goals
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Partner with culinary and premium leadership to enhance guest experience
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Manage and develop senior leadership teams across departments
