Leading the Sales department, the individual will ensure accurate forecasting of monthly bookings and costs while cultivating relationships with current clients, prospects, and industry consultants to generate new business opportunities. The role also includes providing mentorship and guidance to the Sales & Marketing team, promoting professional development and performance excellence. Collaboration with senior leadership to define sales objectives, allocate resources, and evaluate performance against KPIs is essential. The candidate will represent the company at external client meetings, conferences, and internal functions to support business development and will be required to travel as needed to client sites, industry events, and leadership meetings.
