As Vice President of Product Management for the ITSM pillar at Ivanti, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution for Ivanti’s portfolio of IT Service Management solutions. You will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring market fit, and delivering customer value across Ivanti’s ITSM products. Your leadership will inspire cross-functional teams and influence the direction of the company’s ITSM offerings in a rapidly evolving digital workplace.

  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for Ivanti’s ITSM product suite, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver market-leading ITSM solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends and guide product positioning.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and advocate for customer-centric innovation.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management—from ideation to launch and ongoing improvement.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement for the ITSM product line.
  • Ensure products are compliant with relevant standards and regulations, and consistently deliver exceptional service management experiences.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to ITSM or enterprise IT solutions.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably managing product teams in a fast-paced, SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL), market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling ITSM products.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with AI/ML, automation, and cloud-based service management platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
